It helps in maintaining balance between work and personal life.

Dislikes

Sellary is not satisfied, there is no respect for nurses, unhygienic environment,no rules and regulations....... experience is not counted if we do not joined immediately after long leave.......

i want to say that hospital's environment is good as well as there treatment facilities are good and there employees are very cooperative but salary is not increasing by higher authorities according labour court..
