...sity.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Colleagues as well as students are satisfactory in nature

Late salary..always almost 3 months pending. No job security. They won't give you notice as well. No salary appraisal system for any class of employees.

Great Management, Awesome Co-Workers and relaxed atmosphere!!! Here everyone is working so hard to bolster the organisations's success and this makes organisation an inspiring environment.

To learn the new things every day under the admired leaders of the university.

A huge workload,giving the tasks everyday like they are given them to robots to accomplish within a short period of time.

There are 100 reasons to write but the most pathetic is a lunatic chancellor and his PA is the supreme authority there at university and she has zero knowledge of behavioral and academic knowledge. If you dont have any option left then also i advised you not to go there.
