I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I acquire good knowledge of mass production but after that there is nothing to learn in this company.

Dislikes

Bosses and all heads are non designers and they will never understand anything from ur point of you. They will shout on you as if you are a labourer. Increment process are too bad. You will give production but still they will give you wrong production numbers to demotivate you and make you feel that your input is zero, no proper hr system , full of company boss relatives so you dont have any say in their misbehaviour towards you. No respect for designer. They dont provide any basic facilities or amnities
