...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and management doesn't address issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there Is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Teachers have to do lots of clerical work/ paper work, everytime school talks about fees and teachers have to call parents asking for fees again and again, do not return security amount, usually pay salary around 15th of the month, mismanagement, communication gaps, hostel food not good, yearly casual leaves 8, they deduct amount everytime you take leave, deducted casual leaves are returned after 1 or 2 years
