good working environment and culture. company policies are good, good salary hike and bonus every year. On the job training is given. There is no bonding. transport facility is good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is lots of accident, safety is less.

For everything there is rules but when it comes to salary like increment and promotions they are totally fake …there is no use taking up projects and helping the company benefit .The salary of the operator and a Senior Engineer is almost the same just a matter of difference of max 3k…

Equality. Small Benefits , good salary for diploma people. Graduate Freshers can learn and see the application of engineering in this company.

Dislikes

Politics runs inside the company, lack of good relationship between higher authorities and labour. The problem solving skill is so worse, the higher authorities shout on operators for small mistakes, they won't train operators properly.

SANSERA encourage the employee's to actively participate in CSR activities & they organize so many trainings which are required to enhance their employee skills. No family member are involved in SANSERA management it is purely driven by the employee's. SANSERA has so many policies in place to provide good working conditions to their employees.
