I did not like anything about this company.

The biggest mistake i did in my life is, joining this company, Lot of politics within the company, They removed me from this company because i was feeling sick. The worst company you could ever join. This company removed me during the appraisal time and did not give me my arrears of Rs40000/-, i have experienced fraud from this company and they did not give me any experience or relieving letter even though i did job for 1 year and 10 months in that company, due to this company i got affected in getting job during this lockdown. They were calling me to do the job even on sunday, not only one sunday in a month but most of the sundays and i was stretching my job hours for more than 12 hrs a day, they did this to me. Mahesh.K.P and Naveen Jadhav are the persons who are responsible for this to happen.

We are working with as like a family, given quality work.

Dislikes

Good for team work, Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have worked per day 10 to 12 hours. but appraisal wise good compare to other company. If avoid partiality in teams our sangria company will going to top level

People in Sanria were always open minded and welcomed changes. The Top Management like CEO, Directors were always down to earth. They never had distinguished employee and most important they listen to employees no matter which level they are
