I liked the Company Culture and the kind of people I met during my stay in SANRACHNA.

Dislikes

No vision, management procrastinate, no career advancement opportunities, no job security, management always see you as a threat to organization, very much LALA kind of approach in smallest of issues, pathetic infrastructure, no focus on work life balance, no bonuses or rewards policy, no paid leave policy. NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION, because of its poor management.
