Sanmina wont give employee benefits and career opportunities, more politics in the team manager. no increment and designation hike. teammates would do preference for the friends and nativemates. No compensation in the organization

Least they cared for their employees during the time of pandemic. They fired 10% of the work force on a single day.

Too much of cheap politics. Biased appraisal, No transparent process for promotions or bonus.
