...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every 3 month once.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Team mates, training, learning skills, environment freedom all are excellent

...od 2017. They did not issue a shoes and apron coat past 5 years all were damage. Those who work a Fresher manpower for them no salary improvement they are still in 9k

it was a good company and it has several projects undergone in this company . it has lot of learning process like NPI project

i work in trainee but salary wise not comfortable to me because of room rent food my family also based on agriculture so i searching better ctc.

The company's culture and Work-life balance are very good. There's always a good discussion between Managers and engineers on the project timeline and hence there aren't any illogical deadlines.

Employee's salary and compensation are a big minus.

Worst culture and management of projects.Low grade people speech.Giving values to gossips more than dedication of work.Have A experience people group which decide new people sustain or not.Skilled guys are pressurised more unwantedly.
