Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Sanmati Engineering college is continuously growing and upgrading all methods ,skills and techniques for developing students as well as Faculties by implementing new teaching techniques like Google classroom ,online lectures ,various skill development programmes ,so this college has very good environment for working.

Dislikes

As compare to other colleges in Metro cities ,the growth of the college is slow.

Job security is the government 100RUPEES BOND agreement 1 year but not Facalati best employees and company mangmet leve this team work but hard work company policies monthly sell products and and this product avaryge incrymet employees and best service customers..
