No food. U wants to walk an kilometre to have. Very worst HR policies They will hold part of our salary and release every year but u have to wait 2 years for getting first year bonus. Bonus & appraisal will be held 6 month. If u put in paper u will be lost your 6 month bonus and appraisal benefits

... money in the form of Loans from banks with all falls securities and guarantees. They will cheat you on what salary provided and no in time salary payment.

A non-tamilian will be terrible to work with this group.

... Never Say Die Spirit and the expertise in Managing Working Capital and Project Financing and never once defaulted salary or bonus payments to employees under any circumstances.

Dislikes

Not selecting the right people for right tasks and reluctance / delay in rewarding the performers thru pay hikes and right designations and there us too much delay in getting mefucsl reimbursements which is at the mercy if a reluctant HR.There is no Employee of the Year Award in the company.Corrective actions on this feed back will hrlp tremendously.

Opportunities are plenty . Internal trainings are very good . Enjoyed working with lot of challenges.my interco teammates support was excellent .

...re.everyone knows partially what I was doing . At the end I was not recognised .At any time of time if we relieve from company we will be losing minimum of 6 months special pay which is inclusive in CTC.
