there is 100 % job securities and the company rules and the regulation every thing is good and the company culture also good , and the environment also good and the they are giving health insurence policy also , and working culture too good in the sankyu under the Unicharm India Factory As a warehouse incharge , and we learn more thing about the safety precaution.

we can get compensation is perfectly good , we are working very long time in the same company but there is no growth , and maximum we will get the more pressure form the customer without any pre alert planing the import containers , suddenly planing this kind of issue creating .

Company policies good. Management seems ok. Job security less, work culture ok

As company grows financially employees should also get growth in a co but here lot of politics in indian management. So they won't allow their subordinates to get growth. Career growth is poor. 8% increment
