No security No income No patients Senior dentist made my life like a hell there They locked up everything so that i can't treat anyone and run away They steal and misguide patients No hospitality only hostility They left used masks all over the table Food spread on the table Dental chamber with blood contaminated gauges on the floor Removes keyboard cable Charge from me for the consumables I use for the treatment of the patient. Forces to overcharge from patients And a lot of stuffs to harass a junior dentist. Whole staff is so toxic there.... Dr. Satyendra, Dr. Nandita, Dr. Bhumika, Mrs. Raisha, Mr. Junaid, Mr. Kailash......each and everyone .....and still you guys expect me to rate them.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
