Yes..The main part is compony provides the secure job for the engineers. And give training for whole the periods. And It was the best part of montly meeting. So in that we can share our problems and reward to the suitable person. The management was quite good. Rule and regulation also good.

Dislikes

The worst thing i faced by the compony is they do not provide us even 25% of the salary in the pendamic. We were waiting for some financial help by the compony but they not provided. And another one thing i hav to tell that the supervisor keep a operator on Overtime even they dont want to stay. So i think aftr a working our if the operator dont wants to stay in the compony, the compony should not force him/she to stay on overtime. And in the last they are making some issue about my cservuce certificate... Otherwise it was good all ....Thankyou..!

...hese company have various type plant and there have been done various operation. It provide free travel from company to home and salary credit within time.

Dislikes

The work pressure is too high. There is rotational shift but sometimes time work upto 15 hrs that's too much headache. There is no canteen look.

Salary is good. It adopt latest technology. Environment is good.

There is a no job training for apprentice students. Career growth is poor. There is use and throw system of fresher engineering students.

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issue . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resin. On. The job training is not give to new joinees.

Nice workplace but need improve management

Too much working hours... Not good canteen... There is no breakfast on morning.. Morning shift starts on 6.15 Am it's very early to work. Intentionally torture by manager.
