Yes..The main part is compony provides the secure job for the engineers. And give training for whole the periods. And It was the best part of montly meeting. So in that we can share our problems and reward to the suitable person. The management was quite good. Rule and regulation also good.

Dislikes

The worst thing i faced by the compony is they do not provide us even 25% of the salary in the pendamic. We were waiting for some financial help by the compony but they not provided. And another one thing i hav to tell that the supervisor keep a operator on Overtime even they dont want to stay. So i think aftr a working our if the operator dont wants to stay in the compony, the compony should not force him/she to stay on overtime. And in the last they are making some issue about my cservuce certificate... Otherwise it was good all ....Thankyou..!...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
