Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Its a great experience in working with Sanjay Tools & Adhesives.The training seminars conducted in the company is very much helpful to work on field.Environment of office is friendly which help us to work stressless off and on field.Its a perfect place to work good,earn good and boost our career.

Dislikes

Due to strict payment policy it seems difficult to work on field.We cannot raise bill to a customer if his bill is over due.
