Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology.

Compensation is descent,but growth is slow.i do receive appreciation emails from my client but from my company there is no any appreciation as well as no any support to go next step.

Further this company Not growth or Promotion criteria or opportunity and and new or old worker as same salary paid this company so why here Experience worker Compromise..

Site Supervisor are not responding, in case workers having any issue they didn't sort out this is very biggest mistake they done

I learned all types of mechanized & manual cleaning. And also all types of hospitality. I got the platform to learn and also gromed myself. Thanks, SMS pvt ltd. I also fell happy because I was a part of SMS pvt ltd.

There was a mistake in spelling of my name in PF account , for correction I was requested so many times to my Seniors but they did nothing. For that still now I can't withdrawl my PF. So, can I get any help from you?
