... own with no proper reviewal and if something happened, employer blames article. Compensation is really bad. You have to come on sundays even if you don't have an urgent work to do.

Everything except Employees, no benefits. Compensation is really poor and the Employer does not value its Employees. No proper training is provided but you are supposed to take the responsibility for the work. DO NOT WORK HERE.

The Boss here is a good leader and friendly enough ...always helping and understanding. The only necessity to stick in the office was...person should be self driven...for other things...the office and its staff is ready to help in every possible manner...

Work here is quite challenging and fruitful. One gets to lead an assignment/project if she/he exhibits confidence and clarity. Partners are very polite and humble, they try to help and assist each employee to the maximum extent possible. Overtime, one can gain so much experience and knowledge that she/he can either grow in the same firm or become an extremely desirable candidate for a Big4 or an MNC.

The firm is providing best opportunity to learn and grow , most of the times challenging jobs are assigned even to trainees boosting their confidence
