In this company Gm mr Gopesh arora and Hr shweta is very careless he is spoil candidate careers don’t care about business and owners instructions both are only interested in politics and self Ego I suggest don’t join this company

Worst culture...Owner is not qualified to run the dealership...instead of looking into earning revenue he and the CEO (who basically knows nothing) are more interested in petty issues and don't understand that putting pressure on the team which is as it is understaffed will leave due to their foolish involvement.The owner does not appreciate your hard work.He is only interested in insulting the managers on WhatsApp group and thinks he is in control by doing that.He does not know how to handle the team.The owner will never keep his promise due to which the team does not trust him.They don't even respond to his and the CEO'S whatsapp msgs.That clearly shows how the team feels about both of them...this is not a place for hard working professionals.So request you all to look out else where.

Work environment is really megative over there, only 1 or more emoployees talks to you or helps you, everyone else has too much attitude, including sales manager. TL name Sumeet sir is great person helps to improve your skills and knowledge. CRM also good person.

I don’t know where to start but main issue is, in sales team everyone is hungry for completing target, for that they stole each others customer behalf of them.

When covid 19 condition occurs in 2020 the company short his staf and at the pendamic condition when the employee want a supprot sanjay hyundai live hand of support..........many people come for other state and city very bad condition this is not good and i am one of that
