There is nothing that can be liked about this school.

...the school are about 10 to 12 hours. You need to be available 24X7 for anything. Salary range starts from 25k but you will be made to work for at least 100k. Lady boss fools employees by saying that school is providing food and accommodation for free but actually she wants you to be available 24X7. There is just showoff of glamorous campus. Lady boss wants students to be disciplined but teachers can not even shout at them otherwise student will leave the school and that is loss of about 3 Lacs to the school. So in any circumstances like this or due to a small complain from parent lady boss terminates the teacher without any notice. It can be understood about no corporal punishment which is good but students have no fear about any action taken against them which is never taken leads to students being indisciplined. Moreover even students sometimes complain about a teacher resulting in termination of the teacher. Lady boss doesn't even give chance to explain your point of view. She knows there are too many graduates who are unemployed so she will find someone to replace the terminated ones. Too much burden of extra classes and never ending work. One teacher gets minimum of 30 classes out 45 every week and also remedial class for 3 days, Olympiad class for 2 days, prep class for boarders 6pm to 8pm 3 times a week. Finally if you are willing to join, get ready to experience the living hell and work like slave without any complain

...ects staffs to touch her feet and treat her as a God. Also very self obsessed. Does not pay salary well. She imports people from Bengal saying they will ask for less salary. And for the same reason she can insult you in front of whole school, students, team meetings. People shiver to enter her office. Doesn't care if u have health issues or u are getting married, she will ask u to change your marriage dates according to her convenience She doesn't believe in listening. She only commands and team meetings are a one way communication. Every day she calls all teachers in office and scolds them.. says things like U are good for nothing and are wasting time.. God will punish u. Getting out of this jail is so shard that people have ran away in the night leaving behind their original certificates and passports. Teachers cant sit in class, cant talk, cant put head down, must touch her feet and wish her even if u are eating or dying! Sorry my review is very unprofessional, this the trauma that made me write so much. No other human should suffer in this jail.

...lavery, she treats everyone like slave, she doesn't listen to anybody's opinion. Very unprofessional policies, pay is not equivalent to the workload, almost 10 to 12 working hours. A small mistake from your side and you are insulted in a meeting in front of everyone moreover you are not given chance to explain your side. She expects excellent result even from below average students and if the result is not good she blames teacher. Maybe she doesn't understand that every child has different ability. Everybody is not good at studies. But according to her every student appearing for exam should become an IAS officer. Most of the times underqualified teachers are hired and they are made to work very hard in less salary saying that you are not qualified enough to get high salary. No job security at all, any teacher can be terminated at any point of time without any intimation. Employees can not get leaves even during emergencies. No PF, No insurence. No financial or professional growth. Working here is just waste of time and invitation to mental and physical health issues.

Mostly working even in public holidays Lack of HR policies No career growth opportunities for worksops No increments No PF No insurance

1. New joinies, never trust words of management about salary or flight tickets. Finalize your salary before joining, no increase would happen even if promised so after few months. They may insist about taking flight and 50% reimbursement (this never happens). 2. Timing goes till 6, 7pm easily. 3. Meeting after school hours. 4. No respect for teachers. Can be insulted at any point of time. 5. They are giving you salary, food and accommodation, so you are expected to be bondage labour. 6. Though Cambridge is followed, but admission given to whosoever comes. Now it's teacher headache to manage students who can't understand Cambridge teaching style. 7. No fixed HR policies. Policies change at whims of few top shots. 8. When they need teachers help, sweet promises are made. Later same thing is denied outright. 9. They hold your original certificates. 10. Teachers run away without informing. This is happening for long time and management has no worry about that. 11. Top boss can insult you at choice. They claim to receive 100s of applications every day. So threats to teachers on every meeting is very common. Be cautious and take informed decision about joining here.
