1. New joinies, never trust words of management about salary or flight tickets. Finalize your salary before joining, no increase would happen even if promised so after few months. They may insist about taking flight and 50% reimbursement (this never happens). 2. Timing goes till 6, 7pm easily. 3. Meeting after school hours. 4. No respect for teachers. Can be insulted at any point of time. 5. They are giving you salary, food and accommodation, so you are expected to be bondage labour. 6. Though Cambridge is followed, but admission given to whosoever comes. Now it's teacher headache to manage students who can't understand Cambridge teaching style. 7. No fixed HR policies. Policies change at whims of few top shots. 8. When they need teachers help, sweet promises are made. Later same thing is denied outright. 9. They hold your original certificates. 10. Teachers run away without informing. This is happening for long time and management has no worry about that. 11. Top boss can insult you at choice. They claim to receive 100s of applications every day. So threats to teachers on every meeting is very common. Be cautious and take informed decision about joining here.

You will learn so many things. Teachers are being trained every week. Salary structure is good.. if your ward is studying in this school then it's the best place to go ahead.. Principal Miss Sasmita Mohanty is a great role model for the institution.. strict for those who perform wrong activities..but sweet as mother if you are creative... English speaking is mandatory.

Working hours is tooo long... 8:00 till 5:30 some times 6:00. No job security. Work pressure. City is too far you should have your own vehicles. Female staffs are not allowed to talk with female staffs... During working hours other than official work.. Never make groups and sit. They listen to coordinator with out observing.

...y can kick any one out at any time . They don’t treat staff like a human being . They torture them with 15 hours duties and pay less . There is so much politics and no value of talent . They only expects good results . From outside it looks good but the reality is awful . The management only supports those who does flattery . For them it is all business they don’t at all care about parents or the childrens . All of this because of the management Hitler Sasmita Mohanty and her Chamcha sports HOD Vitthal . He use such harsh words and he has so many BAD HABITS . If this will go on i don’t see any future of the school . I hope this review will help you all with your decision making to join .

... leaving your previous job. The Worst culture I have to ever seen in my career. Teachers will ask for over time, they don't pay OT. No leaves, will force to work on sunday. Very very hectic culture, mental Harrasment, !!
