Opportunity to teach young generation. No quality performance required.

Dislikes

No professionalism in any function of HRM, like terrible compensation, pathetic career flop platform. Retention of Quality Performer is on the basis of none of the job factors but individual's being native of the place.

There is a vast array of medical cases to learn from if a resident is so inclined

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic and hierarchical and there is close to nil work ethic either in the residents or the consultants . There is favouritism and department politics affecting the life of residents and junior consultants. Things can get very petty very fast and there is significant discrimination against South Indians.
