A very disappointing management, rules on sales employees benefit, no incentive only moh maya , always fake incentives structure, HR policies totaly fake they dont know probation period and increments structure, Top manager have only time for politics like prashant sutar and jaideep choudhary, OWNER fully mentaly distributed she dont know how employees is workings day or night till mid night on end of the day employees harassment is so much in Dealer, It is not company it is kirana shop were only know owner how to sales the vegetables not cars TL like avadhu muluk wants only satta from morning till 6.30 pm he is playing satta jugar on sky exchange on mobile and desktop office pc he dont know what sales consultant.I is doing in his team how he train new employees so worst case Plz kindly don't joined this company same i lost my career.

...ly worst job dont join this type of showroom It very tarribale to explain, Hr sweta bhoyar and other managers are doing politics, for salary and incentives my 1 years incentives not given me till last moment. Till last day of my job. They never give chances to speak complaint in front of owner and Hyundai rigional officials managers. Every day i work hard till 12 to 14 hours daily but they even dont know the condition of employee how he is working without launch and breakfast till going returned to home they don't know how is going to let night at home everyday. Even when regional officials came the managers doing partiality , consultant goes out side visit. If consultant came infornt of officials he will complain against us or against TL MANAGERS. Salary always deducted because let pouched. But if same one consultant is going let night till 10pm or 11pm they don't even ask howand why he is goan let last night, even thy never porvide Salary of extra working time at night. I suggest don't go for interviews.

business is dependent on certain individuals and not process. A lot of nuisance within the work environment. No improvisation in terms of process or learning. cross functional interference from a lot of individuals.
