1.Safety very poor because many workers are accident on the machine in various stages. 2.most of company stuff are selected the out of company not selected company trainees. 3.mind pressure is very high. 4.not friendly working area. 5.working time and shift is very bad particularly night is going on very critical and bad timing .

I am Kandhaswamy worked in this company more than 4 years. 1. As a purchase engineer we need to do other department works as mentioned below • Credit note and debit note making (finance department work) • All direct, indirect, logistics and maintenance bill data entry in XL sheet and clearance (finance department work) 2. Only one manpower available in purchase department and i need to do part development daily basis with regular work. 3. Stores Work also i need to do everything. 4. Daily Purchase HOD will pressure to do Over time 4 hours after work hours. 5. They told all Saturday half day work and one Saturday full day leave, but all Saturday we need to work full day, if we failed HOD will fire me daily basis for silly reasons. 6. In this company they have leave card (physical card) and we need to get sign before taking leave from HOD. If we took more than one day leave in a month they will never allow us. 7. For silly silly reasons Koreans will ask us to rework the XL sheet for everything schedule etc. 8. Purchase HOD Ravi will put lot of pressure to me if anyother department person asked him any questions. 9. Purchase engineer need to speak with all customers like Brakes India, Hitachi and Mando for parts dispatch. 10. We need to make approval for small things, even if we buy pens we need to make approval. 11. Purchase HOD will give ZERO support to me. I am only person did all things. He simply sit and see news, Facebook, youtube etc. Verdict As a purchase engineer we need to do heavy other department work on a daily basis, we cant even follow suppliers for parts dispatch. Finally HOD Ravi told me "you did nothing for this company and he will fired me for silly reasons". Dont waste your time in this Korean company. Jai Hind Buy Indian Products Only.
