Sanghi plant 10 min walking distance from sanghi colony.

Salary dealayed 1_2 month. Transportation & medical facility not available or in wrost condition.. 5 hrs traveling far from Bhuj..(nearest railway station)

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...onal) There is a lot of politics and the management doesn 't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training ise not given to new joinees.

No work pressure as compared to other leading cement industries.

Management will deduct money from salary in every possible way. For example during office hours if you want to have tea, you will be charged Rs 5/- and that too of third class quality tea. No Ac is provided during working hours even for AGM HR. No transportation facilities help from management. Any medical care will be charged extra And the list is endless. Last but not least no increment and promotions from the last three years and even if increment were given earlier max will be 4% (min 0.5 %)
