No work pressure as compared to other leading cement industries.

Management will deduct money from salary in every possible way. For example during office hours if you want to have tea, you will be charged Rs 5/- and that too of third class quality tea. No Ac is provided during working hours even for AGM HR. No transportation facilities help from management. Any medical care will be charged extra And the list is endless. D’nt know about Head-office but local hr team is worst as they d’nt even know how to talk Quarters are pathetic and no medical facility available You will never get salary on time Treats you like a servant and even the guards has power to humiliate you
