Sanghi plant 10 min walking distance from sanghi colony.

Salary dealayed 1_2 month. Transportation & medical facility not available or in wrost condition.. 5 hrs traveling far from Bhuj..(nearest railway station)

...e by company is almost none. Good place to start career but don't stay too long. Ideal place to work here after retirement if you're looking for fat pay and zero work pressure.

No work pressure as compared to other leading cement industries.

Dislikes

Management will deduct money from salary in every possible way. For example during office hours if you want to have tea, you will be charged Rs 5/- and that too of third class quality tea. No Ac is provided during working hours even for AGM HR. No transportation facilities help from management. Any medical care will be charged extra And the list is endless. Last but not least no increment and promotions from the last three years and even if increment were given earlier max will be 4% (min 0.5 %)

Only retired people work here after 60, No any policy good for employees, No any particular timing for Salary, They have zero priority for employees, Some times Salary late by three months. No any support from HR Manager(retired 😊), Full and Final pending from two years,
