... know how to talk Quarters are pathetic and no medical facility available You will never get salary on time Treats you like a servant and even the guards has power to humiliate you

No work pressure as compared to other leading cement industries.

Dislikes

Management will deduct money from salary in every possible way. For example during office hours if you want to have tea, you will be charged Rs 5/- and that too of third class quality tea. No Ac is provided during working hours even for AGM HR. No transportation facilities help from management. Any medical care will be charged extra And the list is endless. Last but not least no increment and promotions from the last three years and even if increment were given earlier max will be 4% (min 0.5 %)

teammates are friendly and good but higher ups are sometimes very furious and if work is not executed smoothly due to any genuine reason they will scold mercilessly and do not mind insulting before others.

Dislikes

Payment of Salaries are not commensurate with work experience. We work very hard with dedication and without taking leaves and optional leave through out the year and the salary we are getting is very low when compared with Hi-fi companies and Government organizations.

Only retired people work here after 60, No any policy good for employees, No any particular timing for Salary, They have zero priority for employees, Some times Salary late by three months. No any support from HR Manager(retired 😊), Full and Final pending from two years,
