Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I don't know much about sanghi brothers tata motors because I don't work there. I work with them in another location or depot and work culture, management, career growth and development and also benefit is none and also inappropriate and indiscipline.
