The company is only good in the sense that sometimes in the weekends it takes you outside to play in the park ,and once a year there are celebrations nothing more

The work ethics in sanganan are completely absurd and unimaginable. People are actually yelled at if they do something wrong like they are some kind of pets.People never and I quote "never" leave their jobs with dignity because you would be made to suffer in your notice period and even if you survive that you would not be given your experience letter.If you need an experience letter you should not join this company...if you want to see some diversity in an IT industry like people working for as low as 8k per month this is company is your way to go.
