Nothing can be liked it an nusense for work and companies director is totally egoistic person. HR is totally nusense.

Dislike list are so big can not be justified in short message. Salary is totally depends upon director mood he delays salary by 2months. Company don't have policy just you to be present at site physically. Don't have medical benefits etc. Don't even join company is totally nusense.

If you are joining the online department or e commerce department then check if a person by the name of Amit is working there then don't join the company. Worst working environment you will ever see and the reason is this person. You will only see politics no true working. Simply Check he is not working there then you can join.

No work culture. No intention of the Top management to build one. Apart from a lovely corporate building there is nothing corporate about the group. Hiring and firing of people at all levels is rampant. Serious lack of trust between the management and the employee.( Both groups don't trust each other)
