...re not paid on time and when there is unprofessional behavior from management. Sometime they provide salary half in end of the month. they don't know how to treat and deal with their employees Suddey they provide work after 7pm and force to do on same day.

You can leave, and they don't value talent so don't try much to retain. In fact they force you to go away. That's a huge plus.

Harry Sehrawat doesn't know how to talk. He is the definition of toxic. He appears cool, but has no sense of talking to people.
