Indian management is very poor and if somebody does something extra-ordinary, then those poor fellows try to steal his thought making and efforts. There is one bull headed fellow named Waghmare working as a manager, but even a peon can do better work than him.😁

I like company nature and culture..the company is very nice and the people and the coligues are very helpful and supportive.also facilities of company very nice

The job security is not observed in company.for contact roll trainee employees.company terminated to NEEM trainee any time any day without warning ⚠️ when they have not sufficient proofs... In company not anyone to understand trainee employees problems and support to trainee

Even though my performance was over achieving I was asked to leave after 26 years of honest service towards company. It should have be least courtesy if they would have explain the reason for same. Was not even taken into consideration before doing so. It is understandable if there is issue in discipline or performance of the employee but not there was not one bit where this was the situation. I was just a prey in the name of “Redundancy”

Have a good company culture. Good saftey culture. Work life balance is good. Collegues are very helping. Leadership is diverse

Dislikes

Promotions are very subjective. People are working from long time so they really dont like people coming from outside. My role was not having enough work load to keep me motivated and engaged. Favouritism is very much visible in whole organization to provide the inviduals with benefits.
