...s and adapt to new ways of working by supporting product unit, growth follows. Salary Not best in industry and not the least as well. Goes with percentile when compared with market. Join with good salary, otherwise forget it. Salary does not grow with designation/ grade (or level of responsibilities). Appraisal: Reasonably done. Politics: Sorry to say, I believe being done, particularly when it comes for salary review. Learning: As it comes under service center, work sometimes monotonous otherwise good. Work life Balance. Depends upon individual, but as organization cares for work life balance. Innovation: Depends upon nature of task from product unit, refer to learning above.

Dislikes

It would be good, if Sandvik stick to promises made to employee, whoever reads this message, might think it is some rare cases. It can be true, but my personal experience for couple of times are not positive. Instead of taking actions (reacting) against an employee by only considering 3rd persons words are valid, it is better to call the employee and have an interaction to understand the actual case. This can have unfavorable effect on that employee, because he does not know for what reason the actions are taken against him.

...n and after sale team. Designers and analysts must have supporters to go onsite. Yearly bonus policy is very transparent (if you could convince your boss about your effort). Descent hike. Not much fun activities in office (if anything is celebrated, the non-billing hours are also counted accordingly). Lastly, any company is heaven if your manager is happy with you. :-)

Training, Career growth, politics, partially work life balance (as you have to attend 47.5 hrs/week in office)

Compensation & benefit is better than other same organization

The work pressure is high i have worked Holiday hours, after the hard work at there manager unnoticed at appraisal time, doing politics, performed other closest, favourable person overall

Work culture is healthy, all staff from worker to manger very co operative, timely salary, all benefits , great canteen.training program, overall very great company

Dislikes

Only one type of work, that will feel bored after some time. No job security, there is nothing to show progress in work as job becomes very repetitive, you will not get work satisfaction here, as your skills and work has very big difference. You can do very good things if you assign with good work, but here you are assigned to labour type work , so how could you show your progress to management

...good enough for temporary employees but for permanent, it is best in the market. Salary structure, compensation in terms of over time duty and it's benifits, annually one trip, and so many other benifits for permanent employees are very good. I would rate company 4 stars.

Dislikes

One one has to learn by his own way all the things at workplace. The proper training that company must be given to employees is not available so easily.
