Salary is very low. Food in company is not good.

Pay parity and promotions can be improved. With the spin off, lots of uncertainty remains with regard to bonus payout, annual increment etc.

Sandoz shared service centre is similar to its parent organisation Novartis. But being a generic business it has its own downside. Friendly managers, hybrid working, transportation, team events and parties are few good things about the organisation.

Dislikes

Just like every Indian corporate: The monetary benefits like long term service grants are downsized. Less opportunity for growth and development. Poor annual appraisal. Biased evaluation during promotion. Work life balance is average. Lack of support from management on technical issues but is seen as an opportunity to start a blame game.
