Work culture is good. Work is challenging and requires lot of Physics level understanding at times.

Promotion and Hikes are given secretly to employees which managers like. No transparency. No point in putting extra efforts for someone else’s promotion.

It's dynamic business, where it's involved. Expected things sometimes don't come as expected.

Before the acquisition from Western Digital the culture was very good and employees never felt to leave the company.

Dislikes

If you are North Indian then they will prefer, and the management hates the South Indian people that to Kannada speaking employees no place at all. Senior people prefer to bring their relatives and close friends whether they the candidate is worth or not. HR is mute spectator and even if you complain they do nothing instead they will target you and make ensure you leave the company at the earliest.

I just love the environment and culture over there!! Teammates and other colleagues are very supportive. We are maintaining social distancing everywhere in the office(cafeteria, sitting places), sanitization is made everytime we use the tap, coffee filters, bench desks. Sanitizers are available in meter distances. The policies are very good and they do give hikes every year.

Dislikes

Somewhere they do not want us to be quarantined even if we are travelled which I really regret about! There is a lot of politics going without our knowledge. No leaves are given(even they do approve doubtedly for sick leaves)
