I like the job timing.n school dicipilin n staaf communiction .....good prinicipal nature good atmosphere for all student n teacher

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.i do receive appreciation emaiks from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals also there is no on job training

...nth old baby. My HOD and most seniors were extremely cooperative and supportive. They give good salary hikes and bonus to deserving teachers.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Timings and workloads is immense on certain days.

Likes

Perfect planning, run-throughs, and execution of every minor major event. The school has the best Principal (Mrs. Bharti Bijwe) who gives the staff the free hand to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism. Lack of any further growth for me.
