There are interesting projects but you have to execute it yourself.

Kindly do strictly take offer letter immediately from this office and though salary offered is 20k or 15k for freshers but at the starting you could be offered a salary of 8k under the name of probation period. So, be aware and you could be removed from the job once you are near your probation period. So, basically you are working without being paid the whole salary and once the work is done you are being fired. So, do this job on your risk. And do take everything in writing the every verbal promise ever made within this company.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
