Project is prestigious. Clientele is good. Other staff is friendly but some seniors are helpless due to ridiculous management while other seniors are in their pockets. Europeans and Australian staff is highly paid, while Asian staff is paid peanuts compared to the practices and jobs across the country.

...ultiple times if leave is not approved together. Extremely negligent management. Lack of funds is usual reason for salary being late. Lack of responsibility on part of accountants is usual. Job description can change.No Job security.False allegations with respect to work performance leading to termination on unethical grounds is their play thing. Learning experience is zero. No training provided, but contract mentions that the company takes painstaking efffort to train!!

I loved what I Worked (worked with Architecs, like requirements for materials, co-ordinate with site supervisor etc.) with this firm. I learned a lot from my seniors like Accounting, Raised Purchase order as well as work order..

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. As such no other dislike about work... I just loved my job

No supportive environment No appraisals, if you are already on benchmarking slab no job security, anytime they can fire you Will never understand your once in a year happening critical situation or medical care. Dont expect anyting in terms of humanitary or medical supports

I have recently joined Sanderson and it is a good company to work with. The focus is the quality of work and attitude. They are ready to grow you and groom you if you have a positive attitude and skills. I read the reviews before joining the company but out of all the reviews I knew I employee personally, they were wrong to not give 100% to their job and the company had to take a decision.
