...employees are very helpful. Always open to take innovative and new technologies. Salary is not so good. The best company for the fresher candidate to learn the basic.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not as per performance and also irregular. Doesn't have specific working time. Sometimes I have to work till the midnight.

Job profile,mentorship. The company will give ample scope to learn and free hand to perform.No unnecessary pressure.The owner Mr. Sandeep Goyal is a very humble and down to earth person,he supports all of their employees in crisis situation.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
