Very poor for promotion and appraisal. You only get good salary hike or promotion if you have good reference or God father in company otherwise your performance and hard work won't matter for that.

Likes

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the organization was quite supportive and cooperative towards employees. Even though WFH was a new introduction, the team was very quick to adapt and make their deliverables on time. The company also encouraged employee skill enhancement during the COVID-19 lockdown time to fruitfully utilize the time preparing for the unprecedented challenges that presented itself.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent, work pressure is high. Sometimes, there are a lot of loose ends that need to be managed as the project is very complex. I do get appreciation from the boss at times, but growth is slow. There is a scope improvement but require collective team enthusiasm & management support. There is also a lot of learning opportunities within the organization but misses out to benefit from them due to workload.

Good Company. Sandeep Sir is Good Man But Women Centric Company. All Facilities, Leaves,Time Pass only made for Women. Think Twice Before Join this Company otherwise you will have to deal these people.

Dislikes

Women Centric, Favouritism, Benefits only for Women, Unskilled Employees they hire Specially Women by seeing her emotions. Chit Chatting, Gossiping, Politics.

Alternate Saturday off, it's not a pvt. Ltd. Firm so there are not many perks which such nig firms should have, paid leaves are also less
