Nothing to like!! Management don’t care about you. I was waiting for 3-4 months just to know how much they offering appraisal and even they were aware of my expectations still they were just saying that management will decide and it took 4 months to management decision. I wasted my almost 6 months in this company. Manager have very rude behaviour. If you work here you’ll only get less salary compare to market standards and you must not expect respect here. You have to wait for months just to get their reply.

Dislikes

...were saying if you are working from home you have to give extra time to company. And will pay for 8 hours but you have to work 10-11 hours many days and no remuneration for this.

They make employees fool by adding bonus money in their salaries but actually they deduct the amount from employees salary and give that money back to the employee after every three months by doing some more deduction from that bonus too. Work culture is also very poor and no facilities are given to the employee and so unhygienic place is that . No appreciation for good work and pressurize employees to work more and more but not even appropriate a single employee. Worst place to work .

...have to sit late. Team leaders expect you to work till late because they do so. Salary deductions are terrible. They don’t care you’re sick or anything the salary is deducted. If you Don’t complete 160hours for a month then salary is deducted. Salary is not enough as compared to work. If you get sick while working then team leaders will ask you to take pill and work. No on the job learning. The job will be a serious dent on your CV. No skill development. Nothing. If you want to learning something you have to do it on your own. If you cant do quality work then managers can send you warning letters and can also ask you to leave the company. No pantry nothing. No coffee machine. If you can’t bring lunch then you become dependent on ordering online because there’s nothing to eat outside office too. Saturdays you don’t have any work but still you have to come to waste your time. And if you dont come then salary is deducted

There is not a single thing about this company to like about. However, when I joined all because of the interviewer who was going to be my manager. Till the time he was in the company, I learned a lot from him. He has been an amazing manager and mentor in contact centre.

...tart your career with. Because company will only give you a dent on your resume. They hire people with x amount of per month salary and when it comes to the salary day. If you wont check your salary slip you will not get to know what exactly is the reason for getting less salary. Their so called HR- Samir Ranjan thinks that 500rupees doesn't value anything to an associate. So he said its just a matter of 500 rupees let it be why to discuss with the management. And their boss- Vishal Manchanda Ji-- If you go to him he will always put the blame on his boss who is the CEO of this company who doesnt know how to run a contact center. And has given the command of the contact center to someone who doesnt even have any knowledge or experience about the contact center. They are not transparent neither with their employees nor with the clients. DURING MY INTERVIEW I WAS GIVEN A FIXED SHIFT BUT THEY DOESNT KNOW THE MEANING OF FIXED TIMINGS. I HAVE GIVEN MORE THAN 12 HOURS A DAY TO BUILD THEIR PROCESSESS BUT IF YOU NEED A SUPPORT FROM THEM THEY WONT HELP YOU. BECAUSE FIRST THEY DONOT HIRE THE SHRINKAGE OR BACKUP% IN ADVANCE AND THEN IF YOU HAVE HIGH SHRINKAGE THEN YOU NEED TO PREPARED OR THEY WILL ASK YOU TO BE IN OFFICE DURING YOUR EMERGENCY AS WELL. They personally doesnt know the meaning of Integrity, Compliance but they expects their employees to be compliant with the polices. Oh Did i just say policy-- they doesnt even know how to follow their own written policies. There is no opportunity of growth, learning and development. "SUGGESSTION - DONOT START OR WORK WITH THIS LALA COMPANY , THIS WOULD BE A DENT ON YOUR RESUME" BEING AN ASSISTANT MANAGER I HAVE HAD VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR RELIVING LETTER LOOKS VERY FAKE.

...er worked. You can't use your phone need to lock in locker before starting work. If you found using mobile they'll deduct your salary. Also when it comes to salary part they have there own useless retention scheme where they auto deduct X % from your salary and say it will be paid after 1 year. I mean what kind of policy is this also when it comes to office timings you need to be there at sharo 10 but yours senior force you to work beyond 9 hours.
