At times, I feel that the performance evaluation process isn't conducted as effectively as it could be, and there seems to be a sense of inconsistency or bias. This can be discouraging when effort and achievements in a specific month go unrecognized, while recognition may be given to those who have not performed as well. Such discrepancies can impact motivation and morale, highlighting the need for a more transparent and fair evaluation system that accurately reflects individual contribution are recognizes the hard work of all team members.

The way the company provides security to my job and my kid is amazing. I brought my child here at INTERVAL when he was just 100 days old, and now he is 28 months old, he has been completely brought up here at the office. I have been able to manage my work with the help of my coworkers, they were very cooperative during the first days. Moreover, I also learned some great things, such as discovering new skills, networks, concepts, etc. The ambiance, and the team, all give a positive atmosphere to work.
