There is nothing to like about the organization apart from "POLITICS"

Dislikes

There is no growth in the organization. They will use you like a puppet as per their own convenience with a peanuts type salary. And once they feel they can get someone who will be paid lesser than you for the same work, they will ask you to resign for some stupid reason. I will never personally recommend any fresher or experienced worker to join this organization. You will be insulted at every point of time publicly for small mistakes. It was a horrifying experience working with this organization. I used to think every morning "what will I face today" and it was such hazardous working environment.

...eammates is very humble and always supported to me during work in this Hospital. But salary growth is to slow.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Job training is good education also good, Teammates is more supportive every time ..

Sancheti institute of orthopaedic s and rehabilitation is far the best orthopaedic hospital with world class facilities catering patient's from all around the globe. It's considered to be epitome of orthopaedic services in the country.
