There is nothing to like about the organization apart from "POLITICS"

There is no growth in the organization. They will use you like a puppet as per their own convenience with a peanuts type salary. And once they feel they can get someone who will be paid lesser than you for the same work, they will ask you to resign for some stupid reason. I will never personally recommend any fresher or experienced worker to join this organization. You will be insulted at every point of time publicly for small mistakes. My teammates is very humble and always supported to me during work in this Hospital. But salary growth is to slow.
