There's nothing one can like who knows how to work in a healthcare industry. Obviously the work life balance is somewhat good, since there very minute work.

...arning isn't valued here as this organisation never follows NABH guidelines. 4. Non deserving people are hired as your boss on a much higher salary package. 5. They always make you negotiate on your last company's notice period, but refrain from doing so while leaving Sanar. 6. No PF submission were done in my entire tenure. Thanks to the Shalby who took over this Sanar Hospital and disbursed the same. 7. The delay in salary caused almost every one in debt that resulted in poor cibil score. Total mental and financial harrasment.

I worked at Sanar international hospital 2023. -2024 in cardiology department as a cardiac technician the HOD dr. D K Jhamb and associate consultant dr Bilal Ahmad and Cordinator neelam was nonsense people of the hospital the harass technician for their own work neelam consider herself as a cardiologist they torchure every technician till when he or not resign from the hospital very horrible experience if you don’t want ruin your career don’t go there .

Doctors are too good...specially neurosurgeon Dr Harnarayan and Orthopedician all are good..but work environment for staff is too pathetic...There are no any complaints from patients regarding staff even that the environment and pressure on staff by NS is too much without any logical things...they don't want peacefully environment they want that staff will quarell with each other and no one help each other in their needful time...I worked in many hospitals but here all the mess is created by only one lady..

Planning plotting like typical aunties...its international hospital doctors are very good but you guys are creating mess that's why no one staff stay here to do work..🙏

I don't like the building of sanar hospital bcz it's damage every month , and also there higher authority be like that , HR make the fake promises and Nursing suppridendant (mrs. Tabita mam )she don't know how to appreciate the staff she is like community aunty's who are back bitching . There is not law for female and and nobody' listening the right thing MS is so busy , if something is wrong happened with you then you can't complaint against them And no job security because it's depend on NS mood. And she is not sensible women , she Never given me my appreciation latter , she said i I'll give you but after some then she said i don't know . I don't get it Nobody' given the respect to the nurse. After there so many efforts.
