Students are very friendly.

Dislikes

... blaming my character and dignity. It was an horrifying experience to work here. They pay extremely low wages and make you feel that you are highly paid and hence burden you with 10 times work load which is impossible to deal with. People are extremely unprofessional here. None of the faculties possess good teaching skills.

Likes

1.Explore my knowledge in various academic field because I was taking more than 3 subjects. 2. Get free transport(college bus) from my location.

Dislikes

1. Salary structure.. Underpaid.. No increment. 2. Telecalling and marketing is mandatory for all faculties. 3. Management was not so good.. They were not prepare for listening any kind of problems that comes from faculties.. No respect for faculties.. They do respect only those faculties who are related with marketing and also admin and account group. 4. No job security. 5. Lab setup is very bad they are only used for online examination (like rail and other type of examination ).. Students accessibility was minimum. 6. No respect for women faculties. 7. Hostel facilities (both teacher and student) and food quality (college canteen) very very bad and management do not take any action for improvement.. 8. Management do not allow work from home in covid situation and they insist for coming college after lockdown and taking online classes from college whether they have corona hospital beside engineering campus.

There work life balance is average.

Dislikes

There is no security for women colleagues. The travel facility they will provide it at first then when we enter the 2nd month of the job they don't give any kind of travel facility that time. They used to expand Tele caller's shift to 10-11 pm but Tele Caller's shift used to 8 am -6 pm.

Likes

The environment here is very good for teaching. As well as all the faculty members are very cooperative. As a technical assistant of ECE departmen I can can also learn mush more things from my restectable departmental teachers. All departments are connected to each other so learning process is well established for all department.

There is no things that I dislike about this institution.

Likes

It was a really good experience working there, the department Doctors are skilled and talented, working environment is good, GDA and house keeper are good, Technicians are there for procedures, management is also flexible towards the staffs.. The campus is fabulous, free accommodation, the place where the hospital is established is not so expensive for living, people are warm and it all good..

Dislikes

Every year there is sudden staff shortage, because the Bangali staffs are leaving their jobs as West Bengal government's employment for nurses is good so every year nurses from private hospitals gets goverment jobs and leaves the job all of a sudden... I personally faced problems because of that always other than that, there is no ESIc or PF or medical facility included only the salary money you will get...
