Noting is good. Educated & skilled people cant stay there for a year. Worst experience it is like a primary school.

Dislikes

No proper salary, month end closer will happen by late 12 midnight and they dont bother abt employees at that time also there is no cab. No job security if md dont like a person then he will be out of the office, all arrogant old people no values for knowledge n skills, feels like every one is a employee and md is the manager, it is like a school. When i joined 10 people were there in the team, due to the irritation of managers 8 people left still they want only 2 to perform all the rask. Literally wost ever

A good place to learn and work. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest updates. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Is a very good place for gaining techno commercial knowledge. Strongly recommend for freshers, but should not stay for more than 1 or 2 years as growth of career and salary is to lean.

There's no work pressure. Very less work. For manager levels and above handsome salary with no or less work. Timing is 8.15a.m. to 5.25p.m. which is very convenient for women.

Dislikes

No care for employees. No growth. No hikes or incentives. Not a competitive place or not a place for career building. The company, policies & surrounding is the same from past 50 years. No improvement in terms of anything. Old methodologies & old people. No scope for Freshers or new ideas.
