...l women who literally doesn't know the solution of anything instead of scolding. Company finds the way to cut out ur salary by any ways. In totality the much bad experience of my life, even I'm not mentioning this company in my resume.

...puter operator. Asking irrelevant jobs to complete. No proper HR documentation. No PF structure, no Salary slips. No appointment letter. Infact there is no Proper Human resource department. One guy and one lady who are handling the workers as admin are forced to play HR role. No ERP / infor in the company. They use whatsapp groups to share documents and then does manual entries. MD is such egoistic person he doesnt want to spend a single rupee on the infrastructure or on the company employees. People are hired for 10k ,15k and are asked to work and match standards of OEMs and Japanese MNCs. How a person who is not enough skilled and enough paid is able to deliver like experienced professionals. Who are taking 50k ,60k for same jobs.

...erson is gone for some interview. Here no body resigns / no body serves notice. All they do is they take their salary on 10th and never comes back. This is the culture made by the management. I strongly feel the management instead of roaming in a Porshe car shall invest in the company and the people. Hire good and experienced persons so that they can develope standards and procedures in the company.

It's Lala type management, no job security, half salary under table, no leave compensation, no appreciation for good work, mostly rude behaviour from top level,

If you have desire to learn way beyond your ability u need to push yourself and show them what you can do then san will encourage you otherwise waste of time
