But lot of favoritism, politics, work life balance is very poor as a culture across organization, Since people who go beyond their work space and cut into personal space and time are hailed. This is not a good culture since it will affect all other employee to meet these expectations.

Dislikes

Hands-on training on system related works could help to avoid unwanted confusions. Arrangement of some get-togethers with officials could help to maintain a good relationship among the colleagues.

1) Good Products Relevant to Agriculture Value Chain. 2) Salary is fair.

Dislikes

1) Harassment from Senior Managers on the basis of Cast and Gender. 2) No work life balance. 3) HR Department is not actively working on concerns raised by junior employees. 4) No ethics just formality.

Likes

Excellent top management, most of them are ex-bankers / industry veterans with rich experience, most of them are very approachable. Wonderful people. Vibrant atmosphere.

Dislikes

Appraisal process could be improved to make people of similar skills / knowledge levels / experience being paid at a comparable salary range. This will help motivate employees who were earning lesser pay for various reasons (excluding performance, skill, attitude related issues etc.,) and improves talent retention. Activities which are not relevant for core function, soft skills development, personal development etc., could be reduced which could help improve the work life balance

Performance appraisal process is not much satisfying and very low salary appraisals comparing to other companies in industry.
